Selling our Parent’s Home in Tough Market Conditions
My parents had reached a stage where they could no longer take care of their Cordova residence. Unfortunately, the real estate market was languishing and many people were unable to sell their homes because they were being inappropriately advised regarding staging practices, pricing and cosmetic repairs.
